Good thing you're not gambling if you went to Vegas... That's not a royal flush it's a straight flush. A royal flush is 10-Ace.
It looks like the cat is telling the guy with the clubs (who has 9-Q) that he has a Royal Flush (which you can't see)...and so the cat wins.
Not that it matters.
